1. 01The service

   We provide access to the monitoring and status page platform on the plan you choose. The plan sets the number of checks, the interval, the regions and how long history is kept.

2. 02Payment

   You pay a month in advance. The card is charged automatically at the start of each period and the invoice arrives by email. If a charge fails we retry four more times over seven days and tell you by email.

3. 03Cancellation

   Cancel whenever you like — the service runs to the end of the paid period, after which the account moves to the free plan.

4. 04Availability

   We aim for 99.9% platform availability. On the Scale plan, availability and response times are set out in a separate agreement.

5. 05Your responsibility

   Only check systems you run or have permission to check. Using the platform for load testing or to disrupt other systems is not allowed.

6. 06Limits of liability

   We report what we see from our probes. We are not liable for losses caused by your own downtime — our liability is capped at the last three months of fees.
