01What we collect
Account details (name, email, company details for invoicing), the configuration of the checks you create, and the results of those checks. We never see or store card numbers — Neopay, our payment provider, handles those.
02What we use it for
Running the service: performing checks, sending alerts, issuing invoices and answering your questions. We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers.
03Where we keep it
On our servers in Lithuania. Edge probes make requests from outside the EU, but the results are stored in Lithuania.
04How long we keep it
Check results for as long as your plan says. Accounting records for 10 years, as the law requires. Account data is deleted within 30 days of closing the account.
05Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data — write to privatumas@statusas.lt. You also have the right to complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
06Cookies
Only the necessary ones: your login session and your language choice. No tracking or advertising cookies.
