Prices exclude VAT. Lithuanian companies and individuals are charged 21% VAT; EU companies with a valid VAT number are reverse charged. Paid yearly, twelve months cost the price of ten.

An invoice your accountant will accept

Every payment produces a VAT invoice with your company code, VAT number and address, a sequential number, and a PDF attached to the email. Payments run through Neopay, charged to the card automatically.

Frequent questions

Where is my data kept?

On our servers in Lithuania. Nothing leaves the EU, and retention matches your plan.

Can I monitor an internal system that is not reachable from the internet?

Yes. On the Pro and Scale plans you run our probe inside your network — it connects out to us, so nothing has to be opened in your firewall.

How quickly will I know about an outage?

It depends on the interval. At 30 seconds the alert goes out in under 30 seconds from the second failed check — one miss is not enough, or you would be paged for nothing.

Do I need a card to try it?

No. The Hobby plan needs no card and does not expire.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, for every payment, with every detail Lithuanian law requires and either 21% VAT or a reverse charge for EU companies.

Can I take my data with me if I leave?

Yes. Check configuration and history can be exported through the API at any time, with no support ticket.
